The Wedding Box rose, bred by Japan’s Tokai in 2012, is a delightful variety with light pink, fragrant blooms. Its flowers are approximately 7–9 cm in diameter and feature a soft, gentle fragrance. The petals are a soft pink, and the flower’s core is a deeper pink. The flower is known for its delicate appearance, with a high level of resistance to disease, although it is somewhat sensitive to high temperatures, making it prone to scorching.
It has a height of around 90 cm and an upright growth habit. While it is relatively resistant to diseases, it can struggle in hot weather, making proper care and protection important.
