Gold Medal® was introduced in the U.S. by Armstrong Roses in 1982 and bred by Jack Christensen. It bears clusters of luminous golden-yellow blooms with soft apricot undertones, held on tall, upright stems ideal for cutting. The plant blooms in generous flushes from spring through fall and is known for its vigorous growth and excellent garden performance. With glossy foliage and a strong presence, Gold Medal™ remains a benchmark golden rose.
