Gold Medal™ was introduced in the U.S. by Armstrong Roses in 1982 and bred by Jack Christensen. This grandiflora rose bears clusters of luminous golden-yellow blooms with soft apricot undertones, held on tall upright stems. The flowers carry a strong fruity fragrance and appear in generous flushes from spring to frost. With vigorous growth and glossy foliage, Gold Medal™ has earned a reputation as one of the best golden roses for both garden display and cutting.
