Bred by Alain Meilland and introduced in 1994, it offers clusters of very full, rosette-style flowers—around 75–80 petals each—with a soft tea fragrance. This medium-tall, bushy shrub continuously blooms from late spring through fall, making it an excellent choice for garden borders, containers, or cut-flower displays.
